set, I do not see any reason why the market should not trade in the SPX range of last fall.

Failure to address the interest rate problem will drag the market lower.

IMHO a drop toward the 7300 to 7400 in the DJIA will attract a lot of attention. Overseas investors are already seeing that due to the 10% dollar devaluation since June July. For overseas investors the DJIA is around 7000 to 7200 in local currency, not to mention Japan.
