No one knows for sure why she won NH. It is possible that her get out the vote was well orchestrated by Whouley but then why was he not effective in Iowa. I still think her tears and retiring demeanor....supposedly a new side of Hillary was a determining factor.....probably one among several. But to given Whouley all the credit is rather generous IMO.
