ECB warns crashing dollar may stop Fed cuts

If the feds don't cut, we will have the mother of all recessions. And whether the ECB likes it or not, they are going to have to start cutting as well. Word is that Germany and France are looking more recessionary. Same with Japan. And that means the Euro and the Yen will both start coming down.
