And at 2:45 it appears that it may close up just a fraction of a point. Somewhat disappointing. I know that the 2 points gained last week were certainly due to the anticipation (or leak) of this news but I really thought that this stock would have been followed a bit more by the general public - hence the announcement might have made more impact once the news was widespread.

All in all I am in for the long haul but it looks to me like VICL still has a good bit of bearish sentiment to overcome before we find new highs.
