I freaked my doctor out when I told her I took 2000- and then when my blood test came back she referred me to a specialist, thinking I have some metabolic problem- but I think it is just age. I'm 48- and every year after forty your ability to make D drops dramatically- or so I have read.

You really ought to get a baseline blood test. Let me know what the results are. I'd be interested.
