Cub Fan Dan- CLE moved up strong a few days ago for TECHNICAL reasons. On 5-28 and 7-15 it failed breaking resistance at 19 3/4. On 7-25 it broke through this resistance, and this is deemed very significant and bullish by technicians. I am not sure how word hasn't gotten out that the traders on WS are technicians. You can't trade short-term without TA. Anyway, breaking resistance brought in technical buyers the next day. Positive news may have contributed but it was mostly technicals that did it. Today, was promising, may be poised for a move to 23 . . we'll see. Happy Investing! jason
