Thanks Jesse. I can understand the variances in grades if the minerology was similar to quartz gold mining as 1' or 1" away can make the grade different. But isn't diamond minerology different in that it should be a bit more homogenized within the strike zone? Perhaps my assumption is wrong, but if diamonds are created by volcanic eruption, there must be some mixing bring done on the way up! - denis
