Hi, C L, mid-April sounds just fine to me...whenever. Important to get it right, so why hurry unnecessarily? (Note: I haven't seen the end of my nose for quite some time now.) Haven't had this much fun in years! The stock is all over the place; but belief in the company (and the dirt) creates a certain serenity that transcends these momentary fluctuations along the inexorable path to....(Wayne?) Probably should be trying to trade with a %age, but it won't make any difference in the final outcome, and simply holding is less stressful. Hope we get a chance to chat in PHX next week. Your bro and I are thinking of cashing in on the desert gold rush by turning Franklin Lake into a trailer park; but Chuc, with his extensive real estate experience, can explain that strategy better than I.
