During the Q2 conference call, CVD was highlighted. Now, Alex basically wants out of the Chinese market. It comes down to this:

1. They threw in the towel on CVD after the Chinese government wouldn't endorse it.

2. The competition, and there is plenty of it, is ready to roll with SVCD. ESST, now ZRAN, and others plan to take the market by storm.

Where does this leave CUBE? Sounds like Alex doesn't want to play in this market any more...
