Yes that feature is enabled but I just disabled it & still no go (do I have to wait for a new message with attachment to see?). It appears that each message I receive with an attachment is blocked - that is, the program doesn't seem to be just blocking potential threats. It's blocking everything.

The attachments have not been removed. If I click on the "paper clip", the wording is not bolded - instead it's light grey & nothing opens.

Thanks for the help - I do appreciate it.
