I am suprised that Alcatel can meet the price
point w/a DMT modem?! This is very interesting.
Is Alcatel private or public?

Seems like the RBOC's are playing it safe and doing
both CAP and DMT.

I guess CG was too late for this RFP.

PAt, did Carlini comment at all about the RFP when
you talked to him?
