Vince, Good point I do recall those conversations, specifically Steve Wiley mentioned that he has been involved with 7 other startups, and in some cases he mentioned that his companies had made those kinds of deals and lived to regret ever cutting those deals. The reasons he mentioned were that some companies are surpassed and left behind and then you are locked in to a falling star. He also mentioned that these agreements all have a performance criteria. I.E they must perform before they can move on to a larger share.
