However, investors look at ANY spending above the mean as leading to overcapacity. I can occasionally get a rise out of the "tax the rich" crowd by summarizing their position as follows ... "So, you would agree that everyone in the country should have an above-average income?" The answer, surprisingly often, is "Of course!" I think most threaders here are smart enough to spot the conundrum. BTW- With a tip of the hat to Dr. Mitch White, also from Austin, I've changed my alias to "OtherMitch." Hopefully this will avoid confusion. I'm not responsible for his brilliance, and he's not responsible for my drivel ... <g>
