Well, they are doing it right as no one can figure it out, much like any royalty agreement, mostly for competitive reasons. The waters are muddied so much that anyone can claim, rightfully so, the royalties are the highest, or lowest in the world, and able to back it up with facts from the agreement, and everyone is correct. Much like our society, everything is bullshit.
