Chris, You've got all the factors down pat on Kellogg's. I just think they are more convincing in the high 70s. Right now, investors are willing to give these intl. cos. every doubt and it will take a while to break their resolve, IMHO. Reality doesn't matter much here, as they have been taught that everyone in Europe, Asia, and Africa needs corn flakes when they don't even eat corn. -g- Your thoughts on the economy reflect mine, but I think it has more to do with the fact that we have been in a virtuous cycle for 5 years, where every move proves the glass is half full and we have to move into a vicious cycle for a while. Something has to change investor psychology and I am certain it will, though I am not certain what it is. MB
