Best of luck to you too. And I agree, no reason to knock those who made money. It's all a game. Tice and Co. are still bearish on equities (in a macro sense) and I think that the long-term investor will do well to begin to dollar cost average now.

Equities certainly provide better value than CA real-estate, that's for sure.
