No, they are not although they have improved a little in the last few hours. The global markets are in chaos. It's not looking good... If the perception is that we can't service our debt then it won't make any difference what the fed does we will have to pay a kings ransom to borrow money. I don't know if this is the beginning of the end of the trickle down, supply side high debt folly but it sure smells like pay back time.
