The god damned 10K's should be filed in the next few days or so. I understand the auditors are preparing a letter to update the lawsuit of ASTG vs. Joseph Lanza, et al. which will be sent to J. Berg's office in LA and they will complete the 10K's.

There is no use trying to keep up with this lawsuit by way of the 10K's, in my opinion. I expect this last court hearing Monday [preferably even sooner] to be the cut off point and get the god damned things filed. On this issue my fuse has been lit and it is getting shorter and shorter.

One thing I do agree with JL about is that filing the 10K's, although necessary, is not the major problem at this time. Getting a financing deal completed is the major issue. On this issue Joe implies he has information about deals that JV and the gang are ignoring but does not, as usual, provide any details or specifics.

My understanding is the opposite. I hear JV and the gang are going as fast as others involved in the proceedings allow them to go. So, if JL has specific information as to who is being ignored spit it out.

PS: You should request a copy of the complaint in the case of ASTG vs. Joseph Lanza, et al. and read it carefully to see the current effect Joe Lanza has on this company.
