I'm not positive, but the problem might be the isa card. I bought an older model scanner that came with an isa sccsi. Didn't have any isa slots available, so I purchased a pci sccsi card. The scanner had the old style connectix (ie. large) connecter while the sccsi II pci card had the new micro connector. I ended up returning the scanner and exchanging it for the new model (sccsi II connecter). Problem solved. If you ask anyone at CompUSA for info you'll be worse off than before.

Hope this helped
