Well, if Legato is going to chase Veritas, its going in the right direction. Veritas is down 6 today.

If Legato's number is not sequentially higher than previous Q's, we'll get a good opportunity in the low 20's, IMO.

All of these "do their thing in the office computer" companies are hurting today. SEBL, ORCL, NTAP, CHKP.
