I guess losing money makes me an expert. Tech stocks tend to do badly in the summer, as the second quarter is the worst of the year. So, I'll wait until October (or September, or late August). COMPAQ OWNS ONLY 6.6% OF RAPT, NOT 30%! I don't know of a "Silicon Investor" for non-tech stocks. The closest would be www.fool.com, but a lot of those discussion boards are quiet. Ed A.
