I tend to use the optimized version in GET. First priority is Regression channels, a downward break is a good out, but if the DMA is violated I begin to watch closely for a fall below the 3 day low.

Now for movers I think 13/7 DMA is appropriate since the 5/3 is more directed towards slower movers. the bad part about MSWIN is it doesn't show the displacement to the right of last price.
