Vic, what is at the heart of some of our frustration is the negative tone of your posts and Brian's. Most of us like MRPS enough to try to be more positive. Most of us feel that they are doing their best and giving them a break...for awhile. I don't recall them promising a date for financials, at least yet.

No one is saying that financials are not important.

You are nitpicking my comments to the point of being silly. I am sorry if I am not speaking in accountant's term, but "by progress made", I mean that I was told by Myles that the accountants brought them the draft of the completed financials and there was a disgreement on the inventory assets at the company HQ. Jimmy thought the "on-hand" inventory should be counted, and they asked the accountants to go back and do that after the accountants apparently agreed that was proper. That is where we are, I understand. Myles said that that should only take another few days.

To me that is progress.

I wish some of you guys who are much more knowledgeable than I on accounting matters would just call them. They will be happy to clarify.

BOTTOM LINE: If I were as concerned about something as much as you are, I would DEFINITELY call the company and talk to as many people as I could.

And you will find everybody will respect you guys more when you really research something, rather than just voice worries and concerns without trying to find the answers.

Is that too much to ask? To help everyone out by clarifying and reporting back to all of us?
