Smithee, I believe it is illegal in all 50 states to drive after partaking of any mind-altering substance, including marijuana. Until recently, Idaho had a loophole WRT marijuana, but that got patched real quick. Most (if not all) toxicology screens include marijuana in drugs tested for.

I can attest to the fact that in California, if you've been operating a motor vehicle and are brought in by law enforcement for toxicology screening, if you test positive for marijuana, you leave in cuffs. - Holly
