If you got the hard copy in the mail, they have got to honor it. Do not give up, that's total BS!

You thought you had it at 71 or you could have bought at 71.5 or 72 but since they told you that the order was filled, you didn't try to buy it cause you already owned it.

They get away with this and next time it will be me or somebody else.

I would be furious!!!!
