This Mainland has had this position for quite a couple of years now, but Chen and Li have no any flexibility at all. I read that China has said it will use arm to Taiwan under 4 situations, and one of them is if Taiwan declare independence. So I will see if Chen is just doing lip service, or he really has the guts.
