Hi Jack,

I have yet to see my house drop 50% in one year!! Umm, at least I hope not! Looks like today we are seeing more of the beginning of this mess. No one is going to be spending like gang busters now to meet these lofty expectations. I sense a bumpy landing imminent.

I picked a another bad time to take a week off. Gimme some snow here in the NE to ease the ski's!
