Steven, KK has brought much to the table when JDS and Uniphase merged. JS not only knows the technology well but runs a very tight ship. JDS Fitel was much more profitable when the two companies merged and I have expected to see that translate into the Unphase side moving into the same direction. Good new for all. The merger was a win, win. So I guess we won. Regards Glenn
