For a business based on transaction processing versus end-user sales; it seems to me that earnings and revenue visibility is pretty strong. You are basically assuming that the transaction rate that you currently have in place will be similar going forward with various perturbations (up and down) that you can probably project with certainty. It's not like a lot of other businesses where you have to guess about customer acceptance of your product or supplier performance. So I feel that the numbers are solid. CKFR management also has a track record of accurately projecting their revenue and earnings streams going forward. Dave
