small, "something" is definitely taking place. Technically that something is not encouraging. It's less important that the "something" is actually defined than the supply/demand actually indicates the importance of that "something". Something is always happening...it's the readily observed effects of any "something" that trades hinge upon. Certain circumstances cause any stock to "wander" into any radar screen. Once there...the qualifications that were adhered to that caused a stock to hit radar must be maintaned within prescribed parameters. The field gets extremely narrow when all the rules are followed but a narrow field still leaves plenty of room for outsized performance. Doug R
