Re: QQQ vs NDX.

NDX cash stops trading at 4:00 pm. QQQ continues to trade in after hours, reflecting the approximate change in NDX futures.

Once NDX cash starts trading at 9:30 am, NDX cash and QQQ resume their 40:1 relationship. This morning, NDX cash had to drop quite a bit to catch up to NDX futures while QQQ had already been taken down in the aftermarket. That's why QQQ shows a modest increase for today in contrast to decrease in NDX cash.
