Paul-

I was aware of this when I posted my comments. In fact, that post was essentially in response to a previous post of mine (in all likelihood). As I said "Positive news (from a non-influential?? analyst) may have contributed, but CLE broke out for technical reasons". The whole weekend b4 that move I was saying CLE was going to break out. Did I have insider info into an upgrade? Did I simply come on the thread out of the blue and start claiming this for no reason? Did I express confidence in spite of a poor track record in in making such predictions. No, I can read a chart, (it's pretty darn easy). . . and I have a great track record in knowing when stocks take off.

No offense, but if you are strictly an FA guy (regardless of experience), you are not in the position to comment on the short-term movements of a stock. Even when news comes out, it is the current technicals of the stock that often dictates the response. Half the time the press gives an after-the-fact "fundamental" explanation for the movement of a stock when in reality it was the technicals that prompted it. CLE is a VERY likely example.

Anothr great example of the strength of technicals was Monday of this week. Technicals on SIII were great, stock was about to take off. Monday morning, Intel announces they are buying out CHPS- a mobile market competitor (this is NOT good news and in the past would have caused SIII to lose 15%), but not Monday, it was SIII's time to move after making its bottom and establishing upward momentum) After losing substantial ground initially it made it all back to end UP on the day. It then proceeded substantially up both Tues and Wed. It was all technical.

Paul- keep your eye out on CS. It's fundamentals may improve nicely today.

Happy Investing!

Jason
