Mr. G SLY I've been in this stock a long time also, but I've never sold a single share of DCTC and I own nearly 1% of the company. We must all still remember that this is still a penny stock and a penny stock that gets a lot of "hype" on the internet. With those two bits of information, most investors stay away from us with a ten foot pole. We can't even get to the due diligence stage with many potential investors. As a result, we get no respect when real news comes out and our true value goes unnoticed. The dividend and the buyback were done to prove to loyal shareholders and potential shareholders, that we are for real. Far less than 1% of penny stocks ever offer dividends or buybacks, let alone at the same time. I really don't think Joe Murphy expected the dividend and buyback to give the stock a bounce. He knows it is going to take substance to move our stock. The substance is on the way-NO HYPE-just my most humble opinion. KL
