Sundar,

It will really be a mess to sort out those Jan TDM's, I guess the post split compaq shares will equate of a ratio of .525 shares of Compaq for each share of Tandem. Whenever the deal is complete there will be some special outball contract that represents all these conversions. I hope I can duck some of the hassle, I went for the TDMJW's Oct 17.5's.

The worse I ever had were some calls in Hanson PLC when they were spinning off the Energy Group, It was a real mess.
