All,
NEWS: There is another Reuters story out. Mostly a rehash
but worth reading imo. Important quotes: "The end is nowhere in
sight". We may have the Indo. version of an open bidding process
going on right now. The implication to me is that announcements
may not be needed or forthcoming. The final answer may just appear
without the expected precursors.
