That is ludicrous. My mother-in-law just put up her tiny 2 bed 1 ba home that is at least 65 years old in North Bend. No view, small lot, generous separate garage. This home is not fancy at all in fact the kitchen and bath and bedrooms are so tiny it would only fit as a starter home. Listing price with a realtor I trust $147,500.00. It cannot be much over 900 sq. ft.

I have been in the loan business for 20 years and my wife has been affiliated with appraising for 20 years. She is now on the commercial end. We love her mom and are not being snooty but figured if we got 75K to 85K we would be doing well. It has to be a bubble.

Go fish Russ I don't get it.
