GBuckley, Although I have not yet received your fax (my line may have been busy), I have reviewed the charts downloaded from yesterdays activities. While in my opinion the stochastics with parameters of 15-1-1-5 and 13-5-7-7(similar to those used in the Investools Charting Web Site) was approaching the "oversold" area as of Friday, the indicator line for the 15-1-1-5 was clearly in the "oversold" area last night. Although the indicator line had not yet turned to an upward direction, which some traders prefer, other traders with the anticipation that upward movement will begin soon seem to have entered the buying mode. If this is sustained we could see a new rally and we may not see a 1.0 on the ask after all. However, the other indicators still seem to be negative and therefore bearish. This too could change quickly if the volume begins to build. As I have said before, there are many interpretations of the charts and I certainly do not consider my analysis better than anyone else's. But my method usually works for me if I leave the emotions aside and follow the numbers. Regards, Marlin
