We have evaluated the earnings report of Tuesday and expected somewhat higher margins due to the nature of a significant portion of the revenue booked and now are more concerned about the 3rd QTR. We also are concerned about the shares which apparently are being mailed out now arising from the shareholder litigation that was settled early last year. The convergence of the shares being issued and the poorer than expected financial report has led to us selling and a downward revision in earnings to a loss for the year. Gunther
