Good question - to me Freedom of Speech is a personal principle, I'm not so concerned with the legalistic aspects. I've often wondered just where I would draw the line - I included Emile, and that's pretty extreme - child pornography, I guess, for sure ... but there are Real Life laws that cover that sort of thing, it is imho not for us to censor each other.

In a way we are only one race, one class, one nation here - we are SIers.
What makes us citizens is the right to post. I would not take that from another.
