Everyone has an opinion on OPEC, but no one knows anything concrete. They all cheat anyway, so who cares what the heck they say?

All I know is when the debts of the OPEC nations become a problem for the western banks, oil will increase in price. That is my take on it. I try to keep it simple.

And, I like oil/gas here in North America, not anything south of Mexico.
