Some IVDO fundamentals are in order:

The company has 8 million shares outstanding (4 million common and about 4 million convertibles). At $3, market cap is $24 million. They project revenues of $1 million for the current year. I've heard that the stock should be $5. This makes the company a $40 million company. Are we getting overboard here or am I missing something. Is the market for IVDO really going to be that big, given the fact that their recent demo used 8 workstations.

In contrast, Newbridge Networks, in the forefront of ATM technology is priced at about 3 to 4 times sales.

The question is: do we upgrade the network (ATM, frame relay) or do we do it by software as IVDO is going to do.

If IVDO get these deals, this would most likely be licenscing deals. Who would pay them the royalties, the service/content providers or the users. I don't think users (as in Internet consumers) can be made to pay for anything.
