Hot flash: PARC rises 45c from 1.35. why? can.otc stock Pan African Resources, a subsidiary of Golden Star Res, GSC t GSR amex, went from 1.35 to 1.80 yesterday. I did not notice til now. Sagged back to 1.75 recently. PARC has 8 projects in Africa (Ethiopia, Gabon, Mali,..) did not check info mine yet. we really gotta share data and effort more, as bobby/allen say.
