I see this in 2 parts i.e.ISDN & ADSL...ISDN has been building its foundation for the past 2 to 4 years, primarily going after big business,Federal and State goverments...Its finally paying off,Bell companies are lowering rates and ISDN makers are moving products, Business are being incentivised to have staff telecommute from home and become more productive and cost less to the company or institution. ISDN has a good 5 year jump on ADSL, plus the cable companies are still battling it out on who gets what..I am following Amanti (AMTX) I think they show some potential..But for now none of my customers are asking or talking about ADSL technologies or wanting to evauluate any of these types of products..(I sell high end data- com products to fortune 1000 type companies ISDN,ATM,FDDI,etc)...
