Theres no fundamental reason why the stock has sunk so low.

The market makers are loving this upcoming reverse split, buying up
all those shares at .18, while keeping the spread at 7-10 cents.
I think that whatever happens at the stockholder meeting tomorrow,
the best time to buy will be right after the split. I heard that
the quarterly results will be announced tomorrow.

In terms of stock valuation, the Oct 1 financing was done at .55, and 2 weeks later Electronic Arts &
Ripleys chose to take .70 shares of stock instead of cash to repay debts.

Now that the company is solvent, buyers can now place orders knowing
that they can make returns, get technical support, etc. Sales are
likely to increase. I heard that they just closed a $700,000 deal
with a major school district last week.
