If you can manage better than the CEO; you should invest in that stock and push the directors to the way you would better manage the company.

it always starts with a new technology that the old company missed. Today its mostly supply chain software in the IT department. If every trick in every trade is programmed correctly, then the supply chain software controls personnel on the monitor and every transaction will make certain amount of profit.

We are pushing franchise world wide so that all stores will make money and get manufacturers to make money too.

This is the way to invest, look at supply chain software and see if the company has efficiency in collecting money before it delivers the goods. Turn over is the key to profitability.
