I haven't look into Datek at all. I like Lombard...because they are
located close to me and I can trade via the Web,phone,or broker...as
low as 14.95 for 5K shares at Market. Currently, I have mostly short
positions and have not had any trouble getting shares to short...even
on some low floating stocks. I stayed away from shorting MSFT...now
have shorts on LLTC,NVLS,COMS,NSCP and DELL...long on a couple FTPS and CRNR. Today looks like a great correction in the market.
