HOUSTON, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- GK Intelligent Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GKIS - news) today announced that it had reached a preliminary
agreement with a Houston-based group of private investors. The group will provide GKIS with $5,000,000 in a private placement of restricted GKIS common
stock. The investor group, composed of current and former chairmen and CEO's of Fortune 500 companies, will receive two seats on the Company's Board of
Directors. Gary Kimmons, founder and largest shareholder of GKIS, continues as CEO and retains control of the Company.
