Rob, Thanks for registering a complaint with the SEC. If enough complaining is done, the SEC can not ignore it. I also think your right about the manipulation. Looking back at historical data, on October 24th and 25th, the low was .35 and the high and close was about $1. No one in their right mind would sell at .35 when the going rate is $1.
