You see, that's just wrong. If I have 10k (20k) margined, I should be able to buy 20k worth, sell it, then rebuy it, ad nauseum. It is my money. it is also the case, except that you will get the stupid letter because their computers only update once a day. There is no excuse for it in this day and age, IMO. It is why I'm moving to Datek.
