? for longtime BRCM followers...

I am certainly sold on BRCM and their future, seems to be "the" play on the convergence of the PC & TV.

I know this may be taken the wrong way - but there have been 2 opportunities of late below $60 - what's the likliehood of seeing another ? Oct 16th or so; is the expiration of the ''lockout'' post IPO - do you guys expect some substantial selling ?

Conversely - if there is not a selloff post the IPO lockup expiration; sell me on why I should feel comfortable buying on a moderate dip here if a return to $60 in unrealistic ? - remember; you are preaching to the ''choir'' here... I want to own this; it's just totally against my grain to to buy on anything except a bottom... I'm thinking I may have arrived too late on this one.

Anyone have update stats on the % of Institutional ownership - S&P snapshot is showing only 3% ? - has to be wrong ?

thanks in advance & good luck
